I am a Primary and Elementary Montessori Educator and Director of LAMBLILY PRIVATE LIMITED, with a unique blend of experience in education, academia and entrepreneurship. My journey brings together two passions: nurturing young minds and building a conscious clothing brand.
As an educator, I specialise in early childhood development and maths education, guiding children through the Montessori method to foster independence, curiosity and confidence. I have conducted parent workshops, designed child-centred curricula and supported families in extending Montessori principles at home.
As an academic professional, I served as a Mathematics Lecturer at Anna University, Guindy Campus, and at the Madras Institute of Technology, Chromepet Campus, from 2014 to 2022. During this period, I mentored undergraduate students, developed innovative approaches to teaching mathematics, and inspired learners to see the subject as both logical and creative. My dual focus on academic rigour and student-centric learning helped shape future engineers and professionals with strong analytical skills.
As a business leader, I co-founded LAMBLILY PRIVATE LIMITED, a sustainable fashion brand dedicated to kidswear, family apparel and global exports. I oversee brand strategy, product development and international partnerships, ensuring every collection reflects quality, comfort and sustainability.
Together, these roles reflect my passion for empowering people at every stage of life, whether it is helping children discover their potential, inspiring university students to embrace mathematics, or creating sustainable clothing that families worldwide can trust.
